TTD Various Types of Darshan Systems in Tirumala Temple

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) has organized various efficient DARSHAN systems in order to provide darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy(Lord Balaji) in Tirumala Shrine. During normal days the pilgrims inflow will be aroung 55000 to 65000 and in summer vacation/festival season the pilgrim influx will be 85000 and sometimes crossed 1lakh. 
In order to ensure happy and peaceful darshan especially for common pilgrims, TTD has been maintaining the present  systems in a transparent and effective manner. The present available Darshan Systems in Tirumala are as follows...

1) Sarva Darshan(Free Darshan for all),
2) Divya Darshan(Newly introduced exclusively for Pedestrians via Alipiri and Srivari Mettu route),
3) Sudharshan Token Darshan,
4) Seegra Darshan(Quick/Special Entry Darshan),
5) VIP Break Darshan,
6) Special Darshan for Physically Disabled Persons and Senior Citizens,
7) Special Darshan for Parents with Infants below 1year.

Sarva Darshan(Free Darshan):
SarvaDarshan means "Darshan for all". This is popularly known as FREE DARSHAN. In this system Pilgrims need not to purchase any type of ticket/token and shall directly enter into the queue for darshan. The timings for Sarva Darshan are different on different days of the week. The entry point location for Sarvadarshan is Vaikuntum Queue Complex(VQC)-II, opposite to TTD musuem in Tirumala. One Laddu is offered at free of cost.

Divya Darshan:
Divya Darshan is offered to the pilgrims who are coming to Tirumala on foot via Alipiri at Tirupati and Srivari Mettu(at SrinivasaMangapuram). TTD provides free darshan(separate entrance queue for divya darshan), free accommodation and free locker facility for Divya Darshan Ticket holders in Tirumala. One Laddu token will be issued at free of cost.

Sudarshan Token Darshan:
The Sudarshan Token Darshan System was mainly introduced to minimize the waiting time in the queue for the pilgrims. Under this System, pilgrims will have to register in advance upon which ticket will be issued by specifying the date and time for Darshan. The cost of the sudarshan ticket is Rs50.00 and there is no Free Sudharshan ticket issuing system. Pilgrims shall register Sudarshan Tickets at the counters located in various locations in Tirupati and at TTD Information Centres across India. Two Laddus are offered at free of cost on this ticket.

Seegra Darshan System(Special Entry Darshan):
The Seeghra Darshanam facility is introduced on 21-09-2009 to provide quick Darshan for the Pilgrims. The cost of the Ticket is Rs.300/- per pilgrim. The tickets will be issued at VQC-I in a separate queue line with 4 counters, after taking the tickets, the pilgrims are directly allowed for Darshan. Seeghra Darshan tickets will be issued on all the days at the specified timing slots.

VIP Break Darshan System:
The VIP break darshan tickets will be issued after get the confirmation of break darshan from JEO office, Tirumala. Under this system, VIP/VVIP and other important personalities are allowed to have the darshan during the allotted break darshan timings. The break darshan timings in the morning from 6:30am to 7:00am.  TTD has cancelled evening Break Darshan with an aim to give top priority to common pilgrims. The cost of the VIP Break Darshan Ticket is Rs.500.00

Darshan for Physically Handicapped & Senior Citizens:
TTD has arranged special darshan facility for Physically Handicapped and Aged group Pilgrims.As per the new schedule the pilgrims belonging to these categories will be allowed for darshan in three different time slots in every day at 10:00am,3:00pm and 10:00pm[Previously at four time slots 10am,3pm,6pm and 10pm pilgrims were allowed for darshan]. The new schedule came into effect from 1-Aug-2012 onwards. The place of entry for this darshan is MahaDwaram, near Sahasra Deepalankara Seva Mandapam.

Special Darshan for Parents with Infants below 1year: 
Under this system, TTD has provided the darshan facility for the parents along with their Infants whose age is below 1year. The entry point is SUPADAM, near VQC-I. It is a free darshan service.
