Shirdi: FAQ's on Sai Online Darshan/Accommodation Booking Procedure Details

Shirdi is a sacred place where the Holy Soul of Shri Satchidanand Saguru Sainath Maharaj - affectionately known as Saibaba rests today. The Shirdi Saibaba Temple is located in Shirdi Village which is situated in Rahata Tahasil(Taluk) in Ahmednagar of Maharastra State, India.

Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust(Shirdi) has launched Online Services for Shirdi Sai Devotees. The available 5 various Online Services are 1)Darshan, 2)Room Booking (Accommodation), 3)Donation, 4)Free Prasad Bhojan Donation and 5)Book Shop. 

Devotees can avail these Online Services only after successful completion of Online Registration. Without registration, devotees can ONLY find out availability of "Darshan" and "Accommodation".   Shirdi Online Services Website

 1. Which Online Services can be availed on this website?
Devotees can avail the following Online Services: - a)Darshan, b)Room Booking, c)Donation, d)Availability schedule for Free Prasad Bhojan and 5)Book Shop.

 2. Who can avail Online Services?
Any devotee after successful registration can avail online Services.

3. What is the procedure for availing Online Services?
First register yourself with us. - Sign in with your Log in details. - Select your services. - Make online payment through Credit/Debit card or Internet Banking. - After successful payment, your services will be booked.

4. How can I make successful Registration? - 
Click on the Register tab. - Fill your details like Email id, Name, Contact details, photo (max 256 KB), valid photo id. - Please add the email id 'support@sai.org.in' in your address book. - You will get confirmation email on your registered Email id. - Activate your account by clicking on the activation link or copying the link into your browser and clicking it within 24 hours of your registration.

5. How can I confirm whether my services are booked or not? 
After successful payment, you will be directed to acknowledgment page. You can print the acknowledgement. You will also receive order confirmation mail which will contain acknowledgement.

6. What Should I do, if I do not get an order confirmation mail? 
You can also take print out of acknowledgement from Home->Print Acknowledgement - Check whether you have added email id "support@sai.org.in" in your address book. - Check your spam mails for verification. - Check the transaction status on your screen. If status is Failed then you have to make payment again. - Check your bank account, if money is debited from your account. If not, please make another attempt of payment. - If money is debited from your account and still you have not received the acknowledgement, drop a mail to customer support "support@sai.org.in" with the details like 1) Name 2) Address 3) Bank Transaction Id (from Bank's records) 4) Mobile Number 5) Registered Email Id 

7. Is cancellation of services allowed? If yes, what is the procedure for that? 
Yes. Cancellation Room booking and Darshan services is allowed. Cancellation charges will be deducted mentioned in 'Terms and Conditions'. To cancel the service, please follow the procedure given below: - Login to your account - Go to 'Home Page' - Go to 'Cancellation of Services' - Cancel your service 

8. Is Partial cancellation of services is allowed? 
Yes. Partial cancellation of individual service(s) availed as a part of group of services is allowed. For example, If devotee avails accommodation and darshan then he is allowed to partially cancel either of the individual services. 

9. How will I get refund after cancellation of service? 
After cancellation of service, you will get refund through Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank accounts of devotee respectively from Sansthan within minimum 60 days of cancellation. 

10. How I can view transaction history or print duplicate acknowledgement? 
You can print duplicate acknowledgement by following the procedure below: - Login to your account - Go to 'Home Page' - Go to 'Print Acknowledgement' 

Online Room Booking FAQs 
11. What is the meaning of colours given to the dates in the calendar? 
Dates having blue colour are available for booking. Dates with yellow colour means quota is not released for booking or the dates have been already passed. Dates with red colour means quota is full for those dates. 

12. How early and how late can I book a room online before my arrival date in Shirdi? 
You can book a room maximum 60 days in advance and minimum 3 days in advance before your arrival in Shirdi. 

13. After booking the room, can I change Check-in and Check-Out dates? 
Once a room is booked, you cannot change the check-in / check-out date. If you want to postpone your check in time, you can call helpdesk and request for postponement of check in time. But check in time cannot be extended beyond check out time. 

14. How many open transactions are allowed for online room booking? 
In one login account, only 1 open transaction is allowed. Only after you have availed the existing booking, you may proceed for another booking. 

15. Can I change my accommodation room type after I have booked the room? 
No you cannot change the accommodation details after the booking has been made. In case you wish to do so, you can cancel the existing booking and proceed with a new booking. Appropriate cancellation charges will apply as per the Terms & Conditions. 

16. While booking accommodation, I am getting the error message "No Search results found". What does that mean? 
If an error message "No Search Results found" appears while booking the accommodation rooms, it means that no rooms are available for the search criteria given by you. 

17. What do you mean by 'Standard check out time'? 
Standard check out time is the time by which you have to vacate the room at check out date. 

18. How check out date is calculated? 
Suppose If your reservation date is 15th August 2013 and check in time is before 11AM (standard check out time), number of days selected is equal to 1, then your check out date will also be 15th August 2013. If your check in time is on or after 11AM (standard check out time), then your check out date will be 16th August 2013. 

19. How can I extend my stay after check out time? 
You have to report to the local counter in Shirdi. Depending on availability of rooms, you will be granted room extension after payment of room extension charges. 

20. Can I book a room on behalf of other persons? 
You cannot book a room on behalf of any other person. Room booking cannot be transferred to other person. The person on whose name room is booked should be present while availing the accommodation in Shirdi with her/his photo id and acknowledgement.

1. Can I donate for multiple funds in one transaction? 
Yes. You can donate for multiple funds in one transaction. 

2. Will I get receipt for donation? 
Yes. You will get receipt within 60 days on your registered address with udi-prasad. 

3. Which funds are available for donation? Is there any tax exemption available for donation? 
You can get complete information of funds in terms and conditions on the website. 

4. Can I cancel donation? 
No. Donation cannot be cancelled.
